How We Operate

The Caring Star Foundation is a fiscally sponsored project of Players Philanthropy Fund, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Federal Tax ID: 27-6601178).

This means:

• Donations are made to Players Philanthropy Fund, with The Caring Star Foundation designated as the intended project.
   
• Tax-deductible status applies to eligible contributions, as determined by law, because of the fiscal sponsor’s charitable status.
   
• Keymark Advisory LLC is a for-profit company that created and supports this initiative, but it is not itself a 501(c)(3) charity.
